You will be billed monthly for this service and may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, service will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
This service includes website support for the backend (Shopify Admin) and frontend (website storefront).

We will fix any errors found. Any opportunities or recommendations we see, we will bring to your attention. If these opportunities and/or recommendations fit within the scope of this service, we will implement after discussing with you.
We will determine if these opportunities and/or recommendations are within the scope of service. If not, we will provide you with a quote for implementation.

Upon purchasing the Shopify Store Support service you'll receive an email confirmation with a copy of this Terms of Services.
A second email will be sent with an invite to Teamwork Projects (our project management software) where an account will be set up for you to make support requests.
If you already have a Teamwork Project account with us, no email will be sent.
This service does not include marketing or email campaigns, running ads or any form of growth tactic.
